DJ Nasty has been an influential Dj in the state of Florida for the past 9 years.
He has done parties for some of the most well-known celebrites in the game – Juvenile, David Banner, Field Mob, Lloyd, Young Joc, Bow Wow, to name a few. He came on the scene in 1997 as a freshman student at Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida. At FAMU, he started out as an MC and was given his 1st opportunity by one of the hottest dj’s in the state of Florida, Dj Saxwell. In 2003, he became the Offical Tour Dj for The Nappy Headz � Robbery. In 2004, he became the Offical Tour Dj For Bloodraw – (C.T.E. Young Jeezy) as well as an Official member of The Cool Runnings Crew (Bigga Rankins). In 2006, he became the Official Tour Dj for T-pain – (I’m Sprung, I’m in luv with a Stripper, U and Dat, Buy you a Drink). Taking the game to a new level in 2007, DJ Nasty was back in Miami earning the respect of radio stations like WEDR 99 JAMZ AND POWER 96 and getting new Miami artists such as BALLGREEZY, UNDA SURVELLIANCE, TORO, GRIND MODE, CHOWTIME, and THE DUNK RYDERS, the opportunity to be heard on the powerhouse stations. DJ Nasty was recognized by and became a member of an illustrious group of djs, The CORE DJ’S, whose founder Tony Neal expressed Nasty�s influential sound on the streets of Miami. Taking that to the next level, DJ Nasty is currently President of a new sub-division of the CORE, the CORE STREETZ. His most recent success came when gold and platinum artist, Trick Daddy named DJ Nasty as the official Dj for The Dunk Ryders as well as for Trick Daddy himself.
